Within the independent sector there is a clear opportunity for a high quality, competitively priced, well packaged product that comprises wines from all over the world and the Vintners Collection specifically addresses this opportunity.

The portfolio consists of 31 wines, from 7 different countries, 3 from the northern and 4 from the southern hemisphere. This compilation of wines caters for the key requirements of our Off and On-Trade Customers.

On Trade

The range is aimed at the on-trade market, removing wastage from having unopened bottles behind the bar for customers only wanting single glasses of wine.

Designed specifically for the On-Trade the new additions comprise Chardonnay, Merlot and White Zinfandel, taking the total 25cl range to seven.

Steve Mayes, Trading Controller said: “Size is really important in the On-Trade as we have found out from our initial success when we launched our first 25cl sku’s earlier this year. The smaller option is a growing trend in the On-Trade market as it reduces wastage and Customers seem to prefer their own individual bottle of wine rather than having a glass poured from an already opened one from behind the bar. We will continue to listen to our Customer's requests and expect to expand our 25cl offer into the near future.”

In the fortified wines market, Landmark sources exclusive products from the world's leading producers including Delegate Port, Delgado Sherry, Ricini Vermouth and Eridge Royal British Fortified Wine, in a range of popular styles.
