Baba Cash & Carry Ltd Landmark Wholesale's London-based member serving independent caterers and retailers with a cash and carry and delivered service from its depot in Hanwell.
BA Cash & Carry was established in Cardiff in 1973 by Bashir and Sabri Ahmed. It was originally a small, successful retail outlet which soon expanded into wholesale, supplying take-aways and restaurants throughout South Wales and the West. Sales increased rapidly and in 1979 a new unit was acquired to accommodate the growing business. The Hadfield road warehouse was opened to the retail and catering trade to take advantage of the size of the depot and over the following decades, has been expand several times to cope with our ever increasing customer numbers. In 1991 the Swansea branch was opened which at that time was the largest Cash & Carry in Wales. In 1999 the Cardiff depot was rebuilt into one of the most state of the art Cash & Carry's in the UK and has since gone on to win numerous awards for its excellent standards and achievements. As a Landmark Member we too have been recognised for our excellence in wholesaling having been awarded the Landmark Wholesaler of the Year Award for 4 years running (2003-2007). The business is now run by the two sons Zahier Ahmed who sits on both the Landmark Board and the Licensed Committee and Tanvier Ahmed who sits on the Foodservice and Grocery Committees. Since joining the business they have introduced a delivered service - BA Direct Wholesale Ltd to cater for the expansion into delivered Wholesale and Foodservice.

Formed in 1983, Lowries covers the North East and Cumbria. Lowries have access to a huge number of catering and retail customers. A G Parfett & Sons Ltd (Parfetts Cash & Carry) have grown from their founding in 1980 to be the biggest member of the Landmark Wholesale Group today. Parfetts trade from six depots in the North West, Yorkshire and East Midlands. Very much still a family company, like most of their customers, Parfetts take pride in their competitive prices combined with excellent service and an advice and support system for customers which is second to none. The Middlesex-based wholesaler specialises in the delivery of ambient grocery to a mainly retail-customer base, with over 300 customers located within the M25. Sun Oil also has a strong export business, with the group having been recipients of the Queen's Award for Export Achievement.
